The hotel location gave me easy access to various dining spots. Activities were all close by, something I liked a lot. The room featured excellent cleanliness and really lovely cleaners. The hotel staff provided super good service and were always ready to assist me, it was amazing.

The bathroom size was not the biggest, something i noticed.

The room was very spacious, I think. Tap water bottles got replaced every day, which I found a great plus. I got nice soaps and shampoo . Everything was pretty clean too.

Reception staff was excellent, always ready to help me. The staff had a good service orientation, which I like. They tried helping me with everything, I felt cared for. I really appreciate this.

The decor was so very beautiful. The hotel smelled amazing inside, it was really pleasant. I found tram and subway stops close by. The overall hotel feels very upscale, I noticed.

the location was very convenient for tourist attractions and restaurants. i found various choices of food and drinks for breakfast (especially the pastries). the reading room on the ground floor provided a quiet area. it was good.

the room i had was very dark and small. there were no facilities to dry wet clothes. the wardrobe was not comfortable at all. i expected more space.
